TRUENO CLOSES 2025 WITH A SOLD-OUT HOMETOWN RETURN TO ESTADIO FERRO
FOLLOWING A SECOND LATIN GRAMMY WIN, FIRST GRAMMY NOMINATION AND A GLOBAL YEAR OF BREAKTHROUGHS WITH GORILLAZ AND RED BULL SYMPHONIC

Global rap phenomenon Trueno closed out a historic year with a monumental performance at the iconic Estadio Ferro in Buenos Aires. The show marked a triumphant hometown return for the 23-year-old artist, who delivered a powerful two-hour concert as part of his E.U.B Deluxe World Tour in front of a stadium filled with fans who sang every word.
With high-impact staging, sharp musical direction and a constant emotional connection with the audience, Trueno reaffirmed his position as one of the most influential forces in Latin hip-hop and an artist whose reach continues expanding internationally. The concert served as the culmination of a pivotal year defined by breakthrough releases, global touring and career-defining milestones.
The show unfolded across four dynamic chapters separated by brief staging transitions that kept the momentum electric while exploring different eras of Trueno’s discography. The night included a standout guest appearance and first time live performance of “Gil” alongside Milo J, adding another layer of excitement and surprise.
One of the most emotional moments of the concert came when the rap culture of La Boca met an iconic symbol of Argentine music. David Lebón and Pedro Aznar of Serú Girán joined Trueno onstage for a moving performance of “No llores por mí Argentina,” creating a generational bridge that brought the entire stadium to its feet in a chorus of celebration.
This landmark show crowns one of the biggest years of Trueno’s career. In 2025 he released “The Manifesto,” a widely acclaimed collaboration with Gorillaz and the late Detroit rapper Proof, marking one of the most culturally significant crossovers in Latin hip-hop. Shortly after, Trueno was announced as support on Gorillaz’s upcoming 2026 arena and stadium tour across England, Scotland and Ireland, solidifying his global reach.
The year also saw Trueno take home the Latin GRAMMY for Best Rap/Hip-Hop Song with “FRESH,” establishing him as the most nominated rapper in this year’s ceremony. Soon after, he earned his first nomination at the GRAMMY Awards for Best Música Urbana Album with his critically praised EL ÚLTIMO BAILE (DELUXE), which also achieved Gold certification by the RIAA.
Trueno further made history as the first Latin urban artist to headline Red Bull Symphonic. His sold-out orchestral debut at Teatro Coliseo, performed with a 40-piece orchestra, received widespread acclaim and is now being released across all digital platforms.
From battle champion in La Boca to one of the genre’s most forward-thinking global voices, Trueno continues to redefine Latin hip-hop while honoring his roots, culture and community. His 2025 Ferro finale not only closes a defining year but signals the beginning of an even more powerful new chapter.
