The Fillmore in Philadelphia was alive with energy as Aminé’s Tour de Dance made its stop in the city. The Grammy-nominated rapper from Portland, Oregon, has had a standout year — releasing his new album 13 Months of Sunshine and receiving an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Portland State University. This tour felt like both a victory lap and a celebration of how far he’s come, and it was clear from the first moments that the audience was ready to be part of the celebration.
The night opened with a set from 3wayheff, also from Portland, joined briefly by Fr3do. The two rising artists brought high energy and raw emotion, blending melodic trap sounds with confident delivery. Their excitement to be part of the tour was clear, and their performance left a strong impression on the crowd. With catchy hooks and energetic stage presence, it was easy to see why 3wayheff has been gaining attention on social media and in “On the Radar” features.

Next up was Sango, who delivered a crowd-pleasing DJ set that moved effortlessly between house, trap, R&B, Latin, and amapiano. The mix reflected today’s global sound while keeping things fresh and fun. The addition of Jersey Club tracks drew loud cheers from the Philly audience. When his set ended, fans even called for an encore — a good sign for any opening act.

Madison LST, Aminé’s tour DJ, kept things moving with a short trap-heavy set before the headliner took the stage. When Aminé appeared, the room erupted. The stage was alive with bright, pop-art visuals that changed with each song, adding energy and playfulness to the performance. Aminé’s setlist spanned nearly every chapter of his career — from hits like “Caroline” and “Shimmy” to newer tracks from 13 Months of Sunshine. His easy stage presence and genuine excitement made the performance feel personal, even in a packed venue.
Throughout the show, Aminé kept the crowd engaged with his signature call-and-response — “You’re beautiful!” followed by the crowd shouting back, “I know!” He closed with “Arc De Triomphe,” leaving the audience on a high note and reminding everyone why his shows are as joyful as they are dynamic.
Aminé’s Tour de Dance wasn’t just a concert — it was a night full of rhythm, connection, and celebration.
