KAROL G TAKES OVER THE STAGE AT THE 21ST ANNUAL LATIN GRAMMY AWARDS®, DELIVERING A STELLAR PERFORMANCE OF HER GLOBAL HIT “TUSA”
During the 21st Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards, Karol G reaffirmed her artistic prowess, dominating the stage with an impactful performance of her iconic hit song “Tusa” – the most popular and best performing Latin song of 2020. The singer delivered an epic show, transporting the audience into a pink fantasy world, full of glitter and Greek statues that represent the fanciful aesthetics of her hit “Tusa.“
Exemplifying the feminine power that she represents, Karol G was surrounded by a band made up entirely of women and group of only female dancers.
Karol G has continuously broken international barriers with every step she takes in her career. The singer continues to reach new milestones following the release of her most recent hit single “Bichota,” a song that has become an international anthem for diversity and empowerment. The song quickly achieved Platinum certification from the RIAA and reached more than 100 million views on its music video within a month of its release, ranking in the Top 10 of YouTube’s “Top Global Music Videos” for three consecutive weeks. Additionally, “Bichota” peaked in the Top 10 of Billboard’s “Hot Latin Songs” chart and in the Top 20 of Spotify’s global “Top 200,” making Karol G the only Latin female artist to achieve this.
Currently, the artist celebrates her recent triumphs as she prepares for her next performance during the iconic Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The parade will take place in the streets of New York City and be broadcast live exclusively on NBC, next Thursday, November 26.
