OHGEESY Demands the Spotlight, Recruiting Big Sean for “LEFT RIGHT”, His Propulsive New Anthem
Beloved in L.A. and beyond for his party anthems and nonchalant flexes, OHGEESY is ready to make his biggest splash to date. The Shoreline Mafia member ups the ante with his new single, recruiting Big Sean for “LEFT RIGHT.”
Produced by Oh Ross, “LEFT RIGHT” displays the same reverence of ’80s electro-funk that marked BUSINESS IS BOOMIN, Shoreline Mafia’s 2026 album, layering glistening piano chords over propulsive 808s and sumptuous bass. Skating atop the instrumental, OHGEESY makes an appeal to baddies of all creeds and races, inviting them all to the function by touting his incomparable riches: “Pulled up in a Maybach, this is not an Audi,” he taunts.
Big Sean takes command during the second verse, sinking into the pocket showing off his mastery of melody. The Detroit star’s smooth croon is the perfect complement to OHGEESY’s brusque boasts, as he takes off in a fast-paced flow that belies his ice cold demeanor: “I can change up the weather with ease/I give you ass a breeze, bring sand to the beach/Got Cartier frames, got Cartier keys, my old school’s got Cartier seats,” he spits.
“LEFT RIGHT” continues an exciting year for OHGEESY and Shoreline Mafia, the acclaimed and popular rap group he founded with Fenix Flexin. OHGEESY recently appeared on “Crestside (Remix),” a collaboration with SOB x RBE, and closed out a successful solo tour with a sold out show in San Bernardino, which GEESY called the best show of the tour.
In May, Shoreline Mafia released BIDNESS IS BOOMIN, a high-octane EP, which takes cues from 80s R&B, Electro-Funk, and Latin Freestyle, weaving musical references to songs with that era into their West Coast rap bangers. BIDNESS IS BOOMIN is home to Shoreline’s hit single “ROCKIN“, sampling Debbie Deb’s 1986 classic “Funky Little Beat,” hit big on urban radio, reaching the national Top 15, generated over 9.2 million YouTube views, and more than 43 million Spotify streams. Over the summer, Fenix Flexin generated national headlines with his viral hit “Rubberz,” which racked up nearly 100 million streams across platforms and peaked #58 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Shoreline Mafia have been road warriors since their reunion at Coachella in 2025, embarking upon multiple fast-selling solo and group tours over the past 18 months. Their 2025 “Back In Bidness Tour” culminated with an epic sold-out show at L.A.’s Kia Forum, featuring over 12,000 fans in attendance and special guests including YG, Big Sean, Coi Leray, Ty Dolla $ign, and many more. Shoreline Mafia recently wrapped up their tour with $uicideboy$, where they direct support during select dates of $B’s blockbuster “Grey Day Tour.”
