Emerging Philadelphia rapper 2Rare unveils his new anthem-like single “Congratulationz”, now available via Warner Records/Second Estate. Until now, 2Rare has demonstrated his versatility through energetic tracks such as “Don’t Run” and “Rare Steppa.” With “Congratulationz,” he embarks on a cathartic victory lap, inviting listeners to join him.

Over joyful piano chords and finger snaps, 2Rare proclaims, “I did it. I just wanna thank my Mom and Pa — last but not least, I cannot forget God.” Later, on the chorus, he sings: “Congratulations! We waited our turn, took a lot of patience.” Poised to become a graduation anthem, this catchy single is designed to accompany unforgettable moments.

“When I first heard the beat to ‘Congratulationz,’ I immediately felt it had a commercial vibe,” the rising artist shared. “Everyone in the studio felt the beat, so I challenged myself to come correct and not curse.” 2Rare aimed for it to be accessible to the broadest possible audience. “It’s a song for people to be able to relate to, whether that’s for making it in life, graduating school, and reaching new heights & goals.”
