ACCLAIMED RAPPER, PRODUCER KURU RELEASES NEW TWO-PACK “Blink2 / point&Click” ON DEADAIR

Breakthrough artist, producer, and underground rapper kuru returns with a new two-pack single, “Blink2 / point&Click”, out now via deadAir.

Primed as one of 2026’s artists to watch, the DMV-born creative pairs bright synth melodies with glitchy drums and a fast-paced delivery on “Blink2,” matching beats with lyrics like, “Too many faces that I don’t know.” The companion track “point&Click” turns up the tempo with its chorus, “I don’t know you like that. Why you tweakin about me?”

The two-pack release marks the first new music from kuru following their seminal sophomore studio album, Backstage hologram, released earlier this year in April. Featuring guest appearances from collaborators such as katmoji, Lucy Bedroque, and xaviersobased, the project is a culmination of kuru’s signature digital sound, IDM-tinged production, and sharp lyricism, earning critical nods from the likes of Pitchfork and V Magazine.
