YANDEL UNLEASHES “CON CO” HIS DYNAMIC NEW MUSIC SPECTACLE AHEAD OF THE EUROPEAN TOUR

Yandel seizes every opportunity to hit the music studio, and it’s in these sessions that his new track “CON CO” was born. The song is set to debut just as summer arrives and ahead of his forthcoming European concert tour.

“CON CO” is a popular Puerto Rican phrase that translates to “con cojones,” a term used to express an excess of something. For instance, “Mami, tú me gustas con co” implies a strong attraction to a girl. Yandel uses this straightforward style to sing about desire and physical attraction, unapologetically blending elements of seduction and ostentation. The song retains the signature reggaeton rhythm, with lyrics that underscore the narrator’s self-assuredness in his ability to woo and satisfy his love interest.

Given the frequent use of the expression “CON CO” in La Isla del Encanto, Yandel aimed to link the concept of the music video to his affection for Puerto Rico, thereby emphasizing his roots and the pride he takes in his homeland.
