Charlize Theron’s Africa Outreach Project (CTAOP) hosted its 5th annual Block Party event to benefit CTAOP’s work supporting the health and safety of youth in Southern Africa.   

The outdoor event of music, food, and fun, featured a special performance by Reneé Rapp, where she sang her hit song “Tummy Hurts” and her new single ‘Mad’ off her upcoming album BITE ME out August 1st. The evening also included a surprise Hot Ones Truth or Dab challenge with Sean Evans, Charlize and KiKi Layne, silent and live auctions featuring items from Dior, Amanyara, Christian Louboutin, Jennifer Meyer, LMNT, Violet Grey, Skims, Breitling  and more.  The block party also featured mini golf, desserts by celebrity chef Marcel Vigneron, activations by Stella Artois, Fly by Jing, Michelob ULTRA, TIJN and more.  

Notable attendees included Charlize Theron, Reneé Rapp, Vin Diesel, KiKi Layne, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Henry Golding, Marwan Kenzari, Thando Dlomo, Alexandra Shipp, Jonathan Levine, Lilly Singh, Ava Phillippe, David Oyelowo, Malin Ackerman and more.
