LATIN SUPERSTAR RAUW ALEJANDRO MAKES HISTORIC TOKYO, JAPAN LIVE DEBUT EXPANDING GLOBAL REACH

Latin GRAMMY® Award-winning and 4x GRAMMY®-nominated Puerto Rican sensation, Rauw Alejandro, became the first-ever Latin artist to perform at Coke Studio Live in Tokyo, Japan, marking a pivotal moment in his expanding international career. Sharing the stage with South Korean girl group NewJeans and multi-award-winning singer-songwriter Rita Ora, Rauw delivered an electrifying set as part of a spectacular production. Performing across two days to an audience of 40,000 fans, this performance is a key milestone in his effort to grow his fanbase across Asia.

Rauw’s show was a spectacle to remember, featuring a 40-member team, including dancers, production crew, and musicians, all coming together to create a visually and sonically immersive experience. Over the course of two consecutive nights, 19^thand 20^th October, Rauw performed 40-minute sets packed with his biggest hits. On 20^th October, fans were treated to a special appearance by MILLENNIUM PARADE, a renowned Japanese band led by artist DAIKI, adding a unique cultural fusion to the event.

This performance also comes just ahead of the release of his much-anticipated fifth studio album, Cosa Nuestra, set to drop on 15^th November. This new album will showcase a fresh chapter in Rauw’s career, featuring his signature sensual lyrics, infectious rhythms, and undeniable stage presence.

Rauw Alejandro’s Japan debut comes on the heels of a series of high-profile performances. Most recently, he headlined the Global Citizen Festival in New York City and made a stunning debut at the MTV Video Music Awards, where he honoured his Puerto Rican roots and teased elements of Cosa Nuestra alongside actor Anthony Ramos. His medley performance, which included hits like “Touching the Sky,” “Diluvio,” and “Déjame Entrar,” left audiences buzzing. Earlier this summer, Rauw also wowed fans during his TODAY Show Citi Concert Series appearance, where his performance attracted the largest crowd of the season.
