LEGENDARY ICON B.o.B OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCES HIS NEW PROJECT, “THE MORNING BANG”, OUT NOW!
Multi-platinum recording artist and six-time Grammy nominee B.o.B officially announced his project, The Morning Bang, out now. Recorded in South Africa, the project blends the pop-rap and melodic hip-hop B.o.B is known for with the raw, percussive energy of Gqom, a sound known for its hard, punchy drums and hypnotic, loop-driven intensity,
The Morning Bang captures the duality that has long defined B.o.B’s artistry: sharp, self-aware writing paired with genre-fluid production. With The Morning Bang, he builds on that foundation while refining his narrative—delivering a project that is both a reinstatement and a progression.
“This project is about alignment,” says B.o.B. “It’s that moment when everything clicks—mentally, spiritually, creatively. The Morning Bang is the sound of that realization.”
The announcement follows the momentum of the project’s lead single, “Incwadi” featuring Que DJ (half of the legendary Gqom duo The Distruction Boyz). The track signals a deliberate global shift in sound, underscoring B.o.B’s continued commitment to expanding beyond traditional hip-hop frameworks.
To introduce the record’s club energy, B.o.B launched the “Incwadi Class Tour,” hosting open sessions with free admission for dancers—an initiative designed to build community and spotlight movement culture around the music.

“My time in music has allowed me to explore different genres and different crafts and I feel very comfortable entering into any art form and respect the culture.,” says B.o.B.
