PIONEERING MUSIC GROUP LEGADO 7 RELEASES NEW SINGLE “A MI MODO” FT. EL RABBANITO & MUSIC VIDEO

Pioneers of Regional Mexican music and Southern California natives Legado 7 make an explosive return with the release of new thrilling new single “A Mi Modo” featuring Culiacan artist El Rabbanito and companion music video today via Sony Music / Lumbre Music. Written by Legado founder Alex Guerra, this track serves as an anthem for the working class and all those pursuing larger than life dreams against the odds. Directed by close collaborator Siccmade, the video captures the intrinsic solidarity and the shared passion that it’s held at the center of regional Mexican music brought to life by the Legado members and El Rabbanito while also fusing their beloved Norteño style with the Los Angeles Chicano culture that raised them.

This new track closes out an exceptional year for the band after the release of their long anticipated album L7X, celebrating the band’s 10 year impact on Latin music. The project was lauded by Rolling Stone En Español, REMEZCLA, HOLA! and the esteemed Mexican newspaper El Universal who crowned them as “revolutionaries.” L7X houses a collection of larger-than-life norteño-inspired anthems that were born in the real trials and tribulations that the group faced while chasing their own dreams as part of a group of people that has long been dismissed in this country.  An important issue that resonates deeply and feels essential to many Latinos and immigrants in the United States in the present day.
